Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order before work has started or before production begins.

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email or phone as soon as possible.

Printing Orders

Since most printing products are custom-made according to customer specifications:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once printing has started.

• Orders that have entered production are non-cancellable.

• If printing has not yet started, cancellation may be approved at our discretion.

Graphic Design Services

If design work has already begun:

• Charges will apply for the work completed up to the cancellation date.

• Any advance payment made for completed work is non-refundable.

Website Development & E-Commerce Projects

Website development projects involve planning, design, development, and client collaboration.

If a project is cancelled:

• Payment for completed milestones remains payable.

• Deposits and advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

• Any completed files, designs, or website components remain the property of Matrix PrintCraft until full payment is received.

Motion Graphics & Video Services

Due to the creative nature of motion graphics and animation projects:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

• Work completed prior to cancellation will be billed accordingly.

Digital Marketing Services

Digital marketing services may be cancelled by providing written notice before the next billing cycle or campaign begins.

Any work already completed or advertising expenses incurred before cancellation are non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds, if approved, will only apply to services or products that have not yet entered production or where work has not started.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
