4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Full or partial advance payment may be required before work begins.

  • Final files, printed products, or website deployment may be withheld until all outstanding payments have been received.

5. Project Timeline

Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith.

Project timelines may change due to:

  • Delayed client feedback

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Carefully review proofs before approving them for printing or publication.

Matrix PrintCraft is not responsible for errors approved by the client.

7. Design Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included as agreed during the project.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

8. Printing Policy

Printing begins only after final design approval.

Matrix PrintCraft is not responsible for:

  • Spelling or grammatical errors approved by the client.

  • Color variations caused by different screens, printers, inks, or paper materials.

  • Minor trimming or production tolerances that are standard within the printing industry.

9. Website Development

For website projects:

  • The client is responsible for providing website content, images, and login credentials where necessary.

  • Delays in providing required information may extend project timelines.

  • Ongoing maintenance, updates, backups, and security services are provided only if included in the agreed service package.

10. Intellectual Property

All original designs, graphics, source files, website code, and creative work remain the property of Matrix PrintCraft until full payment has been received.

Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Third-Party Services

Our projects may include third-party services such as:

  • Domain Registrars

  • Web Hosting Providers

  • Payment Gateways

  • Plugins

  • APIs

  • Fonts

  • Stock Images

Matrix PrintCraft is not responsible for changes, outages, pricing, licensing, or policies of third-party providers.
