At Matrix PrintCraft, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver high-quality products and professional services. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. General Policy

Most of our products and services are customized according to the specific requirements of each client. Therefore, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Custom Printed Products

All printed products are produced based on the artwork and specifications approved by the customer.

Because these products are custom-made:

• Printed products cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, incorrect selection, or customer-approved artwork.

• Once printing has started, orders are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs before giving final approval.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing error:

• Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Provide your order number along with clear photographs showing the issue.

• After verification, we may, at our discretion:

  • Reprint the affected product, or

  • Offer a partial or full refund where appropriate.

Damage caused after delivery or due to improper handling is not covered.

4. Graphic Design Services

Due to the creative nature of graphic design services:

• Design fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

• If the project is cancelled before any work has started, a refund may be considered.

• Charges for completed work remain payable.

5. Website Development & eCommerce Projects

Website development involves planning, design, development, testing, and revisions.

• Advance payments and completed project milestones are non-refundable once work has commenced.

• If a project is cancelled, payment is required for all completed work up to the cancellation date.

• Final website files or source code will be delivered only after full payment has been received.

6. Motion Graphics & Video Services

Motion graphics, animations, and video editing services are custom creative services.

• Payments for completed work are non-refundable.

• Refunds will not be issued after production has started.

• Any approved refund will only apply to work that has not yet been completed.

7. Digital Marketing Services

Marketing services involve planning, campaign management, and advertising expenses.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Completed work

• Advertising costs already incurred

• Active or completed marketing campaigns

Any future services not yet started may be reviewed for refund eligibility.

8. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be approved if:

• Work has not yet started.

• Production has not begun.

• Matrix PrintCraft is unable to deliver the agreed service.

• A verified manufacturing defect exists in a printed product.

Refund approval is solely at the discretion of Matrix PrintCraft.

9. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

• Processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

10. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

• Custom printed products

• Approved artwork

• Logo designs

• Graphic design services after work has started

• Website development milestones

• eCommerce development services

• Motion graphics and animation work

• Digital marketing services already performed

• Domain registration, web hosting, premium themes, plugins, stock images, fonts, software licenses, and other third-party purchases made on the client’s behalf

11. How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return or refund, please contact us with:

• Full Name

• Order Number (if applicable)

• Email Address

• Contact Number

• Description of the issue

• Clear photographs (for printed products)

Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

12. Policy Updates

Matrix PrintCraft reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
